But I kept going because there were a few that were quite amazing, and I kept hoping there would be more. The only thing that they all have in common is that each story is about or pertaining to rogues. I found several authors I had never I think in most anthologies like this you are going to get a few really great stories and a few bad ones as well as a bunch of mediocre ones. I skipped 3 of the stories after the first few pages.

They just weren't catching me. Maybe at a later date I will go back but I doubt it. I think the reasons I didn't like the ones I skipped were mostly due to writing style and genre.

I would also say that if you are a fan of fantasy then this series is a great choice. Many of the best stories in this book are fantasy.
